We are probably most well-known for being the first company to introduce mobile, wireless handheld terminals / tablets into the wholesale markets sector to replace hand written ticket books at Bristol Fruit Sales in 1999. Initially, the system was focussed on Point of Sale functionality but quiclly expanded to Stock Receipts, Stock Checking and Supplier Consignment Price Reporting. Essentailly an all-in-one trading front end to the back-end office based accounting functions within the ISSAC system.

- Sales transactions (Tickets / Invoices) printed at the point of sale and on a customer specific basis can be automatically emailed to the customer concerned. Optionally, attached to the email can be a CSV file containing the details of the invoiced items, so as to facilitate entry into the customers own accounting and stock management systems.
- Being an ERP class system, ISSAC naturally provides the complete suite of financial applications for Sales Ledger, Purchases Ledger and Nominal Accounting systems which includes a Cashbook for Bank accounts reconciliation.
- As trading conditions have evolved, many of our Wholesale Market based customers have diversified to also provide a Catering Supply style delivery service. As such, they now also utilise the Tele-Sales Order Processing with price lists (if needed), Order Picking and Delivery Scheduling facilities that ISSAC provides.
- One of the most popular compliments we receive when customers talk about our Tablet Applications for Wholesalers, is how easy they are to use. Illustrated by the fact that we now have only one Wholesale Market based customer still using hand written ticket books. ALL of our other wholesale market based ISSAC customers now process every sales ticket, every day via the mobile Point of Sale app.
