Since the early 1980's when we bagan supplying systems to Fresh Produce Caterers,  much has changed, as many companies in this area of the industry have expanded their product range to include meat, fish, bakery, dairy and other grocery products. As a result, NWS have continued the functional development of ISSAC applications to continue to meet the requirements of our food service customers. 

In this context, ISSAC now provides:- 

  • For multi-site operations, our system provides seamless management across multiple stock and distribution depots. It delivers real-time stock control and consolidates everything into one integrated financial system.
  • ISSAC can email confirmation of orders to the customer concerned at the point when the order is entered into the system so as to ensure any mistakes are identified and corrected at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • Product based Nutrition and allergen information in support of Natasha’s Law, which can be utilised to enforce customer specific allergen sensitivity preferences
  • Integrated weighing scales so the system invoices the exact weight of the product being supplied
  • Integrated Retro Management 
  • Comprehensive customer specific product preferences are configurable simply and easily to ensure that customers receive the correct products
  • Multiple pricing methodologies and structures can be in simultaneous operation within the system.
  • Fully integrated on-line customer ordering system, with real-time stock control.
  • Comprehensive suite of Electronic Data Interchange capabilities.
  • As well as our own set of integrated financial systems, ISSAC can also be integrated with other third party financial applications.
  • The ISSAC system is scaleable for use by any number of simultaneous users connected to the system. Two of our largest Catering Supply customers started with less than 16 users and now both have well over 100 ! 
  • There is just one version of the ISSAC system that enables you to grow as your business develops and ALL ISSAC customers have access to the latest version of the system as the normal and significant practise of the ongoing software licence agreement between us.
  • With the advent and availability of Artificial Intelligence, we now utilise this technology to provide automatic acceptance of telephone voice recorded customer orders in addition to those orders sent via email.
