Below are definitions for some of the technical words that are used.

• ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Applications used by large organizations to manage inventory, resources, and business processes across departments in the enterprise. ERP is a successor to MRP that brings into play all the business functions of an enterprise.
• EDI - Electronic Data Interchange
A set of international standards for structuring information that is to be electronically exhanged between and within businesses.
• ISSAC - Integrated Sales & Stock Accounting
The Enterprising Resource Planning(ERP) system for the fresh fruit & vergetables, flowers & plants, food distribution & catering supply industries.
• Object Orientated Programming - OOP
A programming paradigm that uses "objects" and their interactions to design applications and computer programs.
• SQL databases - (Structured Query Language)
A computer language designed for the retrieval and management of data in databases.
